Returns & Refunds Policy

If something you ordered from us is not quite right, you can send it back. This page explains the return window, the condition items need to be in, and how refunds are paid.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We may ask for proof of purchase.

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@nuesportswear.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Wait for our approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Receive your instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping is free: once your return is approved, the prepaid label costs you nothing. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund arrives.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time before the credit appears.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our error. We do not issue store credit.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Tell us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@nuesportswear.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another appropriate solution, at no cost to you. If your package seems lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States. Nuesportswear sells and ships only within the US.
